 Wamar International, Inc. Aquires Primesouth to Increase Operations and Maintenance Capabilities
- Wamar International, Inc. is a US corporation founded in 1983 with its headquarters located in Simi Valley, California and Primesouth with its headquarters in Columbia, South Carolina have merged their individual capabilities through Wamar International acquiring controlling interest of Primesouth. This new arrangement will allow the two companies to serve its customer base even better by being able to now offer an extensive spectrum of services under one roof.
- Wamar has been working in the Middle East extensively over the last four to five years performing Frame 5, 6, and 9 Maintenance Overhauls to include Combustion Inspections, Hot Gas Path Inspections, and Major Overhauls. Recently Wamar has acquired Primesouth, LLC. which has over 20 years of Operations & Maintenance experience.
- From initial start-up assistance to operations and maintenance to fully developed outage programs to temporary staffing. Together Wamar and Primesouth can provide individual services or complete turnkey solutions.
- Wamar International, Inc. acquired 100% of Primesouth, LLC in January 2010.
