Wamar International, LLC announces Wamar Energy will become part of Primesouth, LLC.

Columbia, S.C., September 2011 – Wamar International, LLC has announced the consolidation of Wamar Energy, formerly of Reading PA, underneath Primesouth, LLC headquartered in Columbia, SC. Primesouth currently provides operations and maintenance services for utility and industrial power facilities primarily located within the continental US. Primesouth’s operating experience includes large industrial and aero-derivative gas turbines, coal, biomass, waste to energy, diesel, and wind generation plants. Wamar Energy meanwhile is experienced in the construction, repair, and operations of power plants, transmission, and distribution equipment for the US Military and NATO in Iraq, Afghanistan and various other international markets. Primesouth CEO Joe Konicki stated: “We are excited about this consolidation because this now allows Primesouth to pursue a wider range of power projects in the global market.” This consolidation immediately brings a number of active international projects underneath Primesouth along with nearly 20 field and management employees.
